Product Introduction
AEO(Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether), its key advantages—excellent emulsifying, wetting, and detergency properties, low irritation, high compatibility with other surfactants, and good biodegradability.
1.Laundry Detergents: Acts as a primary or co-surfactant to enhance stain removal, emulsify oil-based dirt, and improve detergent solubility.
l Liquid detergents:AEO-7 to AEO-9 (moderate EO content). They reduce fabric redeposition of dirt and improve rinsing, leaving clothes soft.
l Powder detergents:AEO-3 to AEO-5 (low EO content) are used as spray-drying aids to prevent clumping. They also enhance the cleaning power of powdered formulations, especially in cold water.
2.Textile Industry:
l Pre-washing/Desizing: AEO (typically AEO-7 to AEO-9) acts as a wetting agent and detergent to remove impurities from raw fabrics. This ensures uniform dyeing and printing later in production.
l Scouring: In alkaline scouring, removing non-cellulosic materials to improve fabric absorbency.
l Dyeing & Finishing: AEO acts as an emulsifier for oil-based dyes and a leveling agent to ensure even color distribution on fabrics, reducing streaking or fading.

Product Application
1. As a non-ionic surfactant, the washing industry plays a role in emulsification, foaming, and decontamination. It is the main active ingredient of hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, shower gel, laundry detergent, detergent, and metal cleaning agent.
2. As a textile printing and dyeing auxiliary agent, the textile printing and dyeing industry plays an emulsifying role:
emulsified silicone oil penetrating agent, leveling agent, polypropylene oil agent.
3. As a deinking agent, carpet detergent, and resin remover in the papermaking industry.
4. Other products such as pesticide emulsifiers, oil demulsifiers, lubricating oil emulsifiers, etc.
