Sodium bicarbonate ,Baking soda, commonly known as baking soda, is a white crystalline powder, odorless and salty in taste. It is highly soluble in water, and its aqueous solution is weakly alkaline. When heated, it readily decomposes to form sodium carbonate, carbon dioxide and water. As a low-cost and multi-purpose inorganic chemical raw material, sodium bicarbonate is widely used in various fields such as food processing, cleaning and washing, water treatment, medicine, and livestock breeding due to its multiple functions including acid-base regulation, swelling and foaming, cleaning and decontamination, and buffering and stabilization.


Product Features

Sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution is weakly alkaline (pH value approximately 8.3), can undergo neutralization reaction with acids, and the reaction is mild and not intense. It can be used as a buffer to stabilize the pH of the system. At the same time, it will not cause corrosion to equipment and materials due to excessive alkalinity and is suitable for most mild regulation scenarios.
